RV & campervan road trip planner

Big rigs burn more fuel and need more planning. XCRSN works out fuel costs for your actual vehicle and lists stations, rest areas and stops by mile along your route.

Plan my RV trip

Fuel costs for your rig

Search your vehicle on the Fuel tab — Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, Winnebago, Class A, B or C motorhomes and more. XCRSN fills in MPG and range, and both stay editable, so enter what your rig really gets. Fuel cost is miles ÷ MPG × the local pump price, with diesel priced separately from gas.

Pick stations you can actually use

Stations are listed by mile from your start, with live prices where Google has them. Filter by brand to stick with truck stops like Love's, Pilot and Flying J, or your fuel rewards program, and add the one you want to your route in one tap.

Shorter driving days

Set your hours of driving per day on the Hotels tab and XCRSN splits the trip into days with overnight stops. Many RVers keep it to 4–6 hours a day; the Plan tab shows each day's distance and the weather along the way — wind matters in a high-profile vehicle.

Rest areas on your side of the highway

The Stops tab shows rest areas only for your direction of travel, plus dog parks, food and sights, so you don't plan a break you can't reach.
