Terms of Use

Last updated October 29, 2026. These terms cover xcrsn.com, the XCRSN apps, XCRSN WILD and XCRSN CREW. By using them you agree to these terms.

Planning tool only

Routes, drive times, distances, fuel costs, tolls, weather and stop details are estimates for planning. They can be wrong or out of date. Always follow road signs, local laws and conditions on the ground.

Commercial vehicles, buses and trailers

XCRSN routes are built for passenger vehicles. They do not account for low bridges, weight limits, hazardous material rules or truck-restricted roads. Drivers of tour buses, semis, box trucks and trailers must check every route with a commercial-vehicle GPS and their own judgment.

Hotels and bookings

XCRSN is not a travel agency and does not sell rooms. Hotel links open booking partners, and some are affiliate links. Prices, availability, payment, room blocks, cancellations and parking are handled by the partner or hotel under their own terms.

Your tours and trips

XCRSN has no accounts. Trips and tours are saved only on your device. Clearing your browser data or losing your device can delete them. Keep your share link or backup file. We can't restore lost plans.

Passphrase-locked tours

XCRSN CREW can lock a tour with a passphrase using AES-256 encryption on your device. XCRSN never receives your passphrase or the unlocked tour and can't recover either. Encryption protects a link, not the people who receive it: you choose who gets the link and passphrase, and you are responsible for keeping them private. Use a strong passphrase and send it separately from the link. No system can guarantee against leaks, and we make no promise that any itinerary will stay confidential.

No warranty

XCRSN is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, XCRSN is not liable for any loss, delay, cost, injury or damage from using the service, its estimates, partner bookings, or any disclosure of plans you share.
