Before you book

• Outdoor venues sit outside town; hotels by the nearest highway exit save time after load-out.
• Ask for a surface lot that fits a van plus trailer.
• Arriving after 1 AM? Confirm late check-in so the room isn't released.

Hauling sprinter vans, trailers and tour buses? Call the hotel to confirm parking fits your rig before you arrive.
