Privacy Policy

Last updated October 28, 2026. This policy covers the XCRSN website (xcrsn.com) and the XCRSN apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.

No accounts

XCRSN has no sign-up or login. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the planner.

Your trips stay on your device

Trips, vehicle details and settings are saved only on your device. Saved trips are removed after 30 days. Share links contain the trip itself, so anyone you send a link to can see that trip.

Services we use to plan your trip

To build routes, find stops and show weather, fuel prices and exchange rates, the places you enter are sent to map, weather and pricing services. They receive only what is needed to answer the request.

Location

If you allow location access, it is used only to suggest your starting point. It is not stored or shared.

Analytics and cookies

On the website, and only with your consent through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which features are used. You can change that choice anytime. The mobile apps do not show the analytics banner and do not track you across other apps.

Booking partners

Some hotel links are affiliate links. When you open one, the booking partner may use cookies to credit the referral. Bookings are made on the partner's site under their own privacy policy.

Feedback

If you send feedback and choose to include an email address, we use it only to reply to you.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information, show third-party ads, or knowingly collect data from children.
